Thank you for supporting my small bookish business! Every order is made and packed with care. Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping and delivery.

1. Processing Times
* All items are made or packed to order. 
* Standard order processing takes 5–7 working days before dispatch. 
* During peak periods (such as new collection launches), processing may take up to 10 working days.

2. UK Domestic Shipping Rates
We ship across the UK using Royal Mail. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order:
Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class):** £2.95 (Delivered in 2–3 business days after dispatch).
Tracked Shipping:** £4.50 (Delivered in 1–2 business days after dispatch).
Free Shipping:** Automatically applied to all UK domestic orders over £35.00.

3. International Shipping
* We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

4. Lost or Damaged Items
* If your bookish merch arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within 10 business days of receiving your dispatch email, please contact me immediately at thequietobsessionco@outlook.com with your Order ID so I can look after you.
